Generally, hard/aged cheeses have little to no lactose. Sharp cheddar, aged Asiago, parmesan, etc. Basically, most of the Cat Shelter In Place Champion Vintage Shirt best cheese anyway. I‘ve been lactose intolerant all my life (40 years) and not once did I have a problem with hard cheese. Milk made me puke as a kid so I never really tried or liked it. Same with yogurt, cream, butter (I don’t religiously avoid them though and just deal with the cramps).

This is still wild to me. It took me a while to accept that I was mildly lactose intolerant because it seemed so rare to me since. I have to this day never met someone else who is lactose intolerant. The Cat Shelter In Place Champion Vintage Shirt I found out that being able to process milk at all is actually somewhat unusual and it just blew my mind. I do eat a lot of cheese though, anything hard or extra hard has no lactose in it, so there’s no reason to stay away from it.
