While the Graph Paper Over Everything Shirt taste doesn’t feel “keto” to me in the least, the texture on these is what really has me sold. It’s got the perfect muffin texture and is still fairly moist. They aren’t a dense or heavy almond flour muffin and I love it. Also, the topping hands down just makes it. Highly suggest using allulose for the topping if you have it. It makes the perfect candied pecan bites and just turns me into a total addict for these. You can make 12 large or about 24 regular muffins. I’m curious. I don’t have a muffin tin or cups, so do you think this recipe will work as it is in a loaf pan instead? I’ve been missing pumpkin bread in my life and this just might be the answer. You’re better off baking it in a bundt pan if you have that actually instead of a loaf pan. Probably would take roughly 30 min or so.

Should Graph Paper Over Everything Shirt make 15-16 servings? Grease it well and let it cool pretty much completely before removing it to a plate. Alternatively, you could also try like an 8×8 or a 9×9. If you do use a loaf pan, it may take a while to bake but if you try it let me know how it goes! The spacing is weird, I think that’s why it may have been confusing. It’s 5 total carbs Net carbs is 3 and fiber is 2. My recipe card auto-generates based on what I plug-in. Usually pretty accurate but you may need to adjust based on whatever sweetener you use and the sugar alcohols present. Sugars in this recipe are naturally occurring from the pumpkin puree. These look good! Did you use a granulated sweetener for both sweeteners? I have powdered and granulated erythritol on hand so these are getting made soon regardless haha.
