I did the same thing, I worked in Hot Sloth I Don’t Have The Energy To Pretend I Like You Today Shirts a grocery as a cashier at the height of the whole “can’t say Merry Christmas” craze and it was so annoying. I had customers yell at me for not saying it and yelling at me for saying it. Then I promptly asked to go from cashier to stocking and did that for the next 6 years. Didn’t have to deal with customers anymore. Here, we say happy holidays because it conveniently encompasses both Christmas and the new year (or whatever else people may or may not care about) and nobody ever batted an eye about it. I hate that it’s not even November and this post is relevant. And yet here I am spending 15$ on a blue.
